Digital Products & Membership Access

Due to the digital nature of our products and services (including access to our Discord community, training materials, and mentoring), all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You receive immediate access to digital content and/or community features
  • You waive your standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the service has begun

Refunds may be issued only at our discretion or where required by law.

Subscriptions & Cancellation

If you are on a recurring subscription:

  • You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by following the instructions on our website
  • Your cancellation will apply to future billing cycles
  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issues, you agree to contact us first to resolve the matter.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access if a chargeback is initiated
  • Provide evidence of service delivery (including Discord access logs, course usage, and communications)

Nothing in this policy removes your legal rights.
